MYTHS CONFIRMED……( A MUST READ )


1 ) EATING LATE AT NIGHT WILL CAUSE YOU TO GAIN WEIGHT---FALSE
What you eat at night is metabolised just the same as what you eat during the daytime.If you have a lifestyle that makes you eat one of your main meals in the evenings,it won't necessarily affect your weight.What mostly matters is the quantity of what you eat in 24 hrs and how much movement you make after meal or how much exercise you do.

2 ) NUTS ARE GOOD FOR YOU----TRUE
If you have a nut allergy,then this is not for you.otherwise Nuts are a great natural food full of vitamins,minerals and lots of beneficial fats that the body really needs.But make sure you adjust the quantity according to how much energy you are using.Always eat a mixture of nuts like cashews ,walnuts,brazilian nuts almonds..Avoid salted nuts.

3 ) EGGS INCREASE THE CHOLESTEROL LEVEL IN THE BLOOD---FALSE
Again if you suffer from high level of cholesterol then this is not for you.Otherwise you can include eggs in your daily diet.A safe quantity will do.It is the body's own production of cholesterol that determines the level in the blood.Egg is a good source of protein,minerals and vitamins plus vitamin D.

4 ) BLUEBERRIES ARE GOOD FOR YOU---TRUE
Blueberries are very rich in antioxidants.Antioxidants are mostly found in fruits and vegetables.They protect cells and play a significant role in protecting against diseases.Blueberries can be excellent snacks and a healthy one at that.

5 ) COFFEE INCREASES FAT METABOLISM---FASLE
The amount of fatty acids in the blood increases with every intake of caffeine.But this does not necessarily mean that the body's consumption of fat increases also.However if a cup of coffee tends to make you exercise harder and longer,then this helps your total energy consumption,hence the fat metabolism increase.
