BREAKING NEWS...AUSTRALIAN HOSTAGES RESCUED!!!!!!!
Finally the siege is over.The hostages have been released.They were rescued alive by the police and the special force team,with the use of Guns and stun grandees. YAYYYYY!!!!. ( though a few were wounded,their situation is better than death ).Only sad news is that the gunman died.He was names Man Haron Monis.He was 49 and lived in the south west of sydney,Australia.But he is said to be originally from Iran,and a self proclaimed sheik.
He was previously arrested for the murder of his ex-wife,who was found dead and set on fire on the stairwell of her apartment building.He was also arrested for the sexual assault of a 27yr old woman in 2002.He was reported to have lured her to his apartment for "spiritual healing".
He was slapped with a 40 count charge after so many more victims came forward.He was given 300 hours of community service after he sent hate mails to the families of dead Australian soldiers.
This siege came after his unsuccessful bid to overturn all these charges in a high court last friday.He then stormed the lindt cafe at the rush hour on monday.
