The speculations continue..Did she or didn't she get lip-service? she has come out to refute the rumours and explained that the recently acquired pout was just make-up skills.But many are still insisting she had work done.
51yr old actress and Real housewives of berverly star Lisa Rinna,who is known to have had work done and doesn't deny it has aided the media in their speculations by insisting that surely Kylie has had lip-surgery,But insisted she doesn't think its anything wrong.( Even though a lot of people think she is too young to have any form of sugary)
