This is truly incredible.some women have really defied age if you asked me.You would expect a woman who is at least over 50 to look a certain way,but these days its not that way anymore.Some woman over 50's and 60's make it very hard to tell their age bracket.Now, its not a hidden fact that plastic and cosmetic surgery has become very popular.you find a lot of women lifting the faces,the bodies,the bum etc in a bid to defy age and stay young,but there are also some who have achieved that through healthy lifestyle and exercise and that i must say is really commendable.I agree one cannot defy age forever but at least with a healthy lifestyle and constant exercise a woman / man can look younger and feel better.
Its never too late for you,yes you,you can start today to prepare for a younger you in the future.
Nevertheless..enjoy the pictures and try to guess who is the daughter and who is the mother….
