WINNIE HARLOW'S FOLLOWERS IMITATE HER VITILIGO ON SOCIAL MEDIA…..
Model Winnie Harlow came out to defend her followers after they re-created her vitiligo with makeup and posting it on social media.There has been backlash from some people accusing these people of doing " Black face ".
But Winnie has indeed defended these people saying "Why can't we embrace the feeling of love? why do we have to make it a hate crime?"
We do indeed commend her for bravery.
21yr old Winnie Harlow,real name Chantelle Brown young made her debut as a model on Tyra Banks American next top model ( ANTM ) was first diagnosed with Vitiligo at age 4. Over the years she was nicknamed 'Zebra ' and 'Cow' due to the pigment condition which singer Michael Jackson also had.
She is being celebrated in the modelling industry because of her distinctive look and has become a spokesperson for the condition on social media.
All we can say is that she is a brave young woman,going way out to achieve grate miles and some covered modelling campaigns,not letting her condition hold her down,Not only that but also being open and accepting to mild mimics of her condition. Kudos girl !!!
